Dyslexia and wellbeing magazine to combat winter blues

Dyslexia Scotland’s winter magazine explores wellbeing with dyslexia.

The members-only quarterly publication features articles by academics, educators and parents and dyslexic adults on managing mental health and physical wellness.

The issue, featuring Ambassador Hamza Yassin and BBC journalist Laura Mciver on the cover, includes perspectives on dealing with work stress, when to home educate your dyslexic child, and how it feels when you find out you’re dyslexic.

Chief Executive Cathy Magee said: “As we head towards a new year, lots of us are pausing to reflect on our health and wellbeing and look for strategies to be our best dyslexic selves and changemakers in 2024. This edition of Dyslexia Voice is bound to inspire readers with its hints, tips and resources on promoting positive wellbeing with dyslexia.”

Members of Dyslexia Scotland will receive the edition later this month. New subscribers are invited to sign up now to receive a copy.
