Dyslexia Scotland makes the World Creative Rankings
Dyslexia Scotland has been recognised in The Drum’s World Creative Rankings 2024.
The Scottish charity has been ranked 130th in the World’s Most Awarded Advertisers, alongside multinational brands including Apple, Kraft Heinz and Samsung.
The World Creative VIP status recognises the success of the international campaign There’s Nothing Comic About Dyslexia, which won a sweep of creative awards last year.
The campaign, run in partnership with Innocean Berlin, challenged graphic designers to produce accessible typefaces and designs that are both beautiful and accessible to dyslexic readers.
Dyslexia Scotland Chief Executive Cathy Magee said, “We’re thrilled to be recognised in the Drum’s World Creative Rankings this year. Campaigning for inclusion is a core strand of our strategy for a dyslexia-friendly Scotland and it’s fantastic to have this recognised on such a prestigious platform.”
Dyslexia Scotland Lead for Creative and Digital Katie Carmichael said, “Creative campaigns are a powerful tool in effecting the change we want in Scotland, and beyond. This ranking is a great way to raise awareness of the importance of inclusion and the ways we can achieve it.”
