Aged 10 – 12 and dyslexic?

Would you like to take part in a fun day with other people your age who are also dyslexic? Try some creative activities and meet our awesome Young Ambassadors who can answer your questions about dyslexia. Lunch and snacks are provided and the whole event is totally free!

During the day you’ll be able to take part in 2 workshops. Here’s what’s on offer:

Workshop 1 – EYE D

A fun and interactive workshop where you’ll use text, photography, found image and hand drawn elements to explore what inspires you and what you identify as your personal strengths.

Workshop 2 – Tote Bags / Pencil Case stencilling workshop

Create unique fabric based designs, which will WOW your friends and family. You don’t need to have any stencilling experience as we will support you every step of the way to develop your own ideas on a pencil case or reusable shopping bag. All materials are supplied. Our workshop allows time for you to unwind, meet others and get creative!

Workshop 3 – Young Engineers teach children STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) Our lego workshops are always popular! Come along for some hands on creative fun.
