The Dyslexia Scotland Annual General Meeting will take place online on Saturday 22 November 2025.

The papers for the event are all oavailable to download. These include a summary of the annual report and accounts, as well as the full report. If you would like us to send you a hard copy of these papers, please email us at: [email protected]

Our Members’ Day will be held from 10am to 2.30pm

The Annual General Meeting will take place from 12.00 – 12.45pm

I urge you to attend both the Members’ Day and the Annual General Meeting. Our special guests at this year’s Members’ Day are Hilary Aitken, Alice Ferguson, Liz O’Donoghue and Victoria Armet.

Hilary will talk about a forthcoming online module funded by HSBC UK to share the learning from the Sean Connery Foundation Dyslexia Initiative. Alice will share her experiences of being a volunteer Helpline adviser.

Liz and Victoria will talk about a second new online module funded by HSBC UK on inclusive practice to share the learning from the Sean Connery Foundation Dyslexia Initiative.

Once registered, we will send you the Zoom details for joining 2 days before the event.

2. Annual Report

• To receive the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2025.

3. Accounts of the Branches and Company

• To receive the annual accounts of the Branches and of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2025.

4. Appointment of Directors

• To approve the appointment of Mary Berrill as Director
• To approve the appointment of Jennie Guise as Director
• To approve the appointment of Barry Macintyre as Director

5. Re-appointment of Auditors

• To appoint Thomson Cooper as auditors to the Company.

6. Auditors’ Remuneration

• To authorise the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors.

7. Any Other Business

• To consider any other business competent to be dealt with at the AGM notified by Members.
