Trainee criminal lawyer Tom McGovern will talk about his experiences as a dyslexic working in the criminal justice system and how he, along with others, are helping to create a better awareness and understanding of dyslexia and other disabilities in the legal sector. Tom was called out in court for using his mobile phone in court to help him read notes and subsequently interviewed by BBC Scotland on the matter (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-scotland-63716120).

Bus driver Steven Black will describe the challenges he has experienced in his everyday work-life and share his hopes for change.
