Get ready for Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland

Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland 2026 will run from 28 September to 4 October – here’s what you need to know and do now

Dyslexia Scotland believes that work and learning should be neuroinclusive. That means having environments where systems adapt to the people, rather than people to the systems. But until that happens, people with dyslexia need to be able to ask for – and receive – reasonable adjustments that help them work and learn in our current systems.

This year, Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland will campaign for access to
useful reasonable adjustments. Throughout the week, we’ll:

Our reasonable adjustments survey

We need your help ahead of the campaign. We want to hear what reasonable adjustments you find helpful for what difficulties in your job or education.

We’re collecting a database of these so we can help others learn what might be useful for them.

Fill in the survey or get in touch for alternative ways to share yours.
