We're very proud to be a named advocate of Human Rights week 2019, which runs from 24 - 28 June. This special anniversary will mark 70 years since the Declaration of Human Rights, so we'll be getting involved in promoting and celebrating human rights for all. We're encouraging all of our members, followers and supporters to join us in raising awareness of human rights, and we're looking for help to involve the dyslexic community in this meaningful celebration.

How can you get involved?

  • Illustrate one of the Human Rights articles – choose one that means something to you and send us your art work. We could include it in a dyslexia friendly version of the Human Rights Act. Email your artwork to [email protected]   before 28 June.

  • Make your own unique flag – for you, your school or organisation. Resources here. Share your design on social media and tag @FlytheFlag70 and @DyslexiaScotlan

  • Display an official flag in your home, school or work. You can buy one here

  • Retweet and share our social media posts on human rights, or this article

  • Visit the Fly the Flag for Human Rights website for more inspiration
