Scottish Antique & Arts Centre holds its third Valuation Day on 20 April in aid of Dyslexia Scotland

This event will focus on Antiquarian and Rare Books. Expert Alan Wilkes will review items brought in by members of the public and give a verbal indication of their value for a donation of £2 per item.

Alan has been a Book Dealer for over 40 years with a shop in Newport on Tay and a stand in the Antique & Arts Centre, Abernyte.  He specialises in psychology, philosophy and Scottish literature, but also deals with titles across the board. He also has on display a selection of interesting, valuable and out-of-print books.

This event will be held at The Scottish Antique and Arts Centre, Abernyte, Perthshire PH14 9SJ. The Centre will open at 10am and Valuations will start from 10.30am and be available until 3pm. The Centre will close at 5pm. During the day, Café Circa will also be serving Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
