Topic: Communicate with Confidence using NLP - an interactive session with NLP Practitioners, Kelly Houston and Teri Mackenzie.
Learning how to talk comes naturally to babies, but there’s more to effective conversations than just talking. Yet we’re rarely taught how to communicate well when growing up, and then wonder how it all goes wrong!
Many of us with dyslexia are quite able to talk easily, but may experience challenges with comprehension, short term memory problems, and social phobias, and this can make it difficult to express our views clearly or have our meaning understood and respected in important conversations. The truth is that nearly everyone struggles to be seen, heard and understood at times, and that’s how understanding what NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) offers, can help gain more insight, choice and flexibility in our lives.
Join us in this exploration of Communication Skills using NLP techniques and strategies and discover how you can enjoy more satisfying and successful conversations, increase your confidence, and feel better seen, heard and understood.
