Young dyslexic Scot wins place on UK Worldskills team

Rory Andrew, 19 years old, has won a place as a fashion technologist in Team UK taking part in Worldskills London 2011, the international skills competition for young people. This is particularly remarkable because Rory is severely dyslexic.

His father, Alasdair Andrew, says “being severely dyslexic has not held him back, I would even say it is because he is dyslexic that he has been able to achieve this”.
